Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination and ensuring all is done to ensure products are gluten free! Chips are fried in a different fryer for gluten free orders, and fish is grilled for a GF fish option (no breaded or battered options). Everything that can be GF is labeled on their menu above the register. They have extensive sauce options as well (all GF). They have a fish market next door with fresh fish/shellfish etc.
