The gluten free buns were great and they were careful to avoid cross contamination. Great food overall!
This place is the BOMB! The owner’s father is Celiac. Super knowledgeable regarding cross-contamination and how important it is for gluten free items to be separated. They serve Udi’s buns that come wrapped in single packages, they change their gloves, cook your bun right then as to keep it as fresh as possible, and finally, they prepare the GF sandwich in a separate dedicated area. PLUS! The meat is certified angus beef and the local ranch is Harris ranch. So so delicious! Highly recommend!
