The meat and veggies dishes are gf. Naan and bread and Tibetan entrees have gluten. Many choices. Chicken masala was excellent

Plenty of gf options listed, and I didn't have any outward symptoms. I ordered the saag paneer and a mango lassi. The saag was good but bland, but the mango lassi was fantastic.

We ordered for the first time over the phone for takeout. 2 in our family have celiac, and one of them also has nut allergies. The menu actually calls out the foods that contain gluten, and everything else is gluten free. They have a wide selection of appetizers, indian entrees and curries, vegetarian options, soups and desserts. I explained that a couple of the orders needed to be gluten free and nut free, and they said that was not a problem and repeated all the careful instructions back to me. I even asked about their soy sauce and they confirmed it was gluten free. When I picked up the order, everything was in containers and also wrapped in plastic wrap. All the containers were labeled and additionally labeled gluten free and nut free if applicable. Our only complaint is there's no gluten free naan option. The food was a tad on the salty side, but most restaurant food is to our tastes. We'll definitely be going back, especially since there are so few gluten free options in Brighton.
