I love that every thing is gluten free and most stuff is also keto friendly. The Oreo, strawberry cream (I think that’s what it’s called) and seasonal pumpkin donuts are the best!

They make pre-made ready to go meals, plus have bakery items and a few other things. everything they make is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, no added sugar/fake sugars. You can stop in and grab a meal to heat up there for the cost of most fast food! their menu rotates often. they tend to sell out of certain meals quickly because of the demand. meals are refrigerated or frozen and require you to heat. I believe they have a microwave in store if you want to enjoy your meal asap. also offer meals that fit many diets/restrictions.
