Refrigerated preprepared meals that you microwave for a couple minutes. Gluten free options are clearly marked and make up a majority of the options. They're mostly low carb, but decent sized portions that aren't sad diet food. Options change seasonally.

They're a little pricy for what you get. A lot of them are a little bland and perk up with a bit of salt or seasoning. Still, a welcome option that's between cooking and getting take out.
