My family wanted to try the Chelsea buns on our day trip to Cambridge over the Easter break. I was delighted to be pointed to several GF “cakes” on the menu- bakery options. A giant macaron, a trio of macarons and an orange almond cake. I did the orange almond cake which was lovely with my earl grey tea. Light and moist. There are also other breakfast items that looked gluten free- egg dishes etc. My family enjoyed their Chelsea buns but the hot cross bun was their favorite - for those who can eat gluten, ask for it toasted!
