Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun with fries. Chicken tasted great the bu disintegrated halfway through. The fries were baked to avoid cross contamination and they were excellent.
My wife was sick after eating here . She has celiac and the experience was great till we got home .
Separate GF menu with modest options. Sodas are GF. Good family-friendly experience!

I ordered a burger with a GF bun and GF fries. When I ordered a shake they brought me a malt instead. I didn’t know until after I had eaten it. I was extremely ill for the next month because of this. I told them I had celiac and this still happened. I definitely won’t be eating here again.

Best GF CONEY DOG AROUND!! Have celiac have eaten here many times. Fries are baked in a separate oven. Chili is gluten free. All sodas are safe and coney dog I served on GF bun.

I was given a GF menu with several options. The waiter seemed a bit flippant about my request, but when the food came out he was intentional about saying it was a gluten free meal and gluten free sides. I had no issues.
Gluten free menu available. Waiter ensured the meals were clearly marked. For ice cream they use a clean scoop and open a new container to ensure on cross contamination
My food was excellent! I had a burger on a gluten free bun, baked french fries, and a HUGE root beer float. I will be back!
Normally fitzs is a great staple, but I have celiac and got sick the night I had their pizza. I hadn’t had a problem there before, but I’m going to be avoiding it for a while because I don’t like getting sick and I don’t like taking the risk.
All craft sodas are gluten free and taste delicious. The server didn’t know they had a gluten free menu. We pulled it up on our phone. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. It was supposed to come with avocado slices. It didn’t. When I asked for some, I got charged 99 cents. I had to show her that they were supposed to be included on my salad, and then she took the charge off. They do offer gf buns.
All their root beers are gluten free. Tried a bunch and didn’t get sick. Didn’t try the food so unsure on that so I’m rating this as unsure. Root beers tasted great.
Gluten free menu is fairly extensive, and the bun is pretty good too. Cross contamination send to be taken very seriously as well.

The gluten free menu is limited but there are some good options on there! They will bake your fries if you’re GF, but they take longer so they didn’t come out until we were done with our burgers and they were so pale that it seriously looked like they weren’t even baked (although about half of them were crispy). Also not sure that they were seasoned at all. The GF bun was good! Service was slow.
They have a gluten-free menu, amazing GF buns for the hamburgers and sandwiches and their fries are gluten free. Our waitress was knowledgeable and helpful - she had the kitchen modify a special so I could have it. Fun place for kids.
They have a GF menu but that is about all. Waitress had no clue and the chef manager knew less. I ask to talk to the manger and she came out and said "I really don't know much about gluten and may not be able to answer your questions". WOW! They have corn chips in their GF menu and when I ask about decayed dyer the chef Mgr was not sure, then said no. I did not get sick but sure did not feel good how they operate. I got grilled chicken and when it came out I ask how do I know the bun is GF and the answer it is real little. If you really need GF I would not go here. I may try to follow up with higher management.

Dedicated menu, hamburg buns were great, no g free hot dog buns so a hamburg bun was converted. Daughters both enjoyed their meals, fries ate baked not fried. Waiters were knowledgeable and accommodated our requirements
Server was knowledgable. Separate gf menu a bonus - with oven fried French fries and safe tortilla chips! A fun place for the whole family. Watch their sodas being made on the assembly line while you wait. Yummy shakes and floats also gf.
Their burgers are so good (gluten free buns actually taste like real buns) and they have a separate menu for gluten free options. I eat at Fitz's all the time and I have never gotten sick after. I usually get the Santa Fe burger because it's delicious!
I was skeptical based on the other reviews but I was VERY happy with our visit here. This place is casual, fun and family friendly. We had great service. They have a separate Glutenfree menu that has a nice variety and includes appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. We ordered two GF entrees. Mine was the pulled pork on GF bun with fries. The bun was SOFT--what a delicious surprise--and the pulled pork, so good. My child ordered the GF burger--again on the soft bun--and a good burger, to boot. The fries are baked so they are not in a shared fryer. Nothing spectacular but good fries nonetheless. And on top of all of this you get to drink the root beer, cream soda and other drinks which are all gluten free. I'm thrilled we went here--we will definitely go back.

2 stars because their staff is wonderful, but their gluten free menu is misleading. Fitz's is jumping on the trendy gf bandwagon before fully researching the products they purchase, to the detriment of patrons who have legitimate medical issues. Upper management really needs to do their homework.

Make sure you get the baked fries, their regular fries are not fried in a dedicated fryer
I was so impressed with the gf menu. I ordered fries and a turkey club. It was the best meal ever until I got home. This meal was definitely not gf!!!
