Could not believe that this wasn’t listed on the app yet. Like many other Five Guys, they understood that I have celiac and I watched them prepare it separately from other burgers. They offer all of their burgers with no bun either in a bowl or a lettuce wrap. Their fries are also gluten free.

They have gluten free fries and mayonaise, all the burgers are available without a bun. You can get the burger in a lettuce wrap. They have a allergens list at the register. No ill effects, though wasn't particularly filling.

There was only two gluten-free options, salad or a burger with salad instead of bread. I have gotten so tired of only getting salads but it’s still an option if you like that

I can rely on Five Guys wherever I am! Their fries are naturally gluten free, taste good and are filling and I always ask for the burger without a bun! I had it lettuce wrapped which was just too wet and watery for me and the second time I had it with no bun and deconstructed in the box which was truly delicious and my two (gluten eating) friends had their burger the same way after seeing mine! Not a dedicated gluten free facility but all toppings for the burger are gluten free and I asked them to be cautious and one staff member changed their gloves and then made my burger from start to finish so minimal cross contamination! Very happy!

The fries are gluten-free and you can order a hamburger without the bun. The taste of the burger is really nice and also very friendly and patient staff.

It was very busy when we came, and in my opinion not very safe for celiacs( when it’s not busy, then probably ok). They have dedicated fryer, but the handling of the food was very questionable, regarding cross contamination.
