Five Guys

Five Guys has an allergen menu that's easy to understand and best of all they only cook fries in their fryer so they're gf! Ask for a burger in a lettuce wrap. Nearly all the toppings are gf. They looked at my funny when I asked them to change their gloves when preparing my burger (which is standard practice at Five Guys in the US) but they obliged which I was thankful for!
