Review of Five Guys

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross contamination. They do not offer a gluten-free bun but they do offer a lettuce wrap. They changed their gloves and pointed out to me that bread is toasted on a different griddle than the one that they use for burger patties. The french fries are also gluten-free and cooked in a dedicated fryer.
