Burgers can be bunless in tin container or wrapped in lettuce. Look out for cross contamination with extras you can have added to burger. That's when I've had issues. No troubles when I don't add extras to burger. Everyone removes gloves when handling your order if told wheat allergy. Fryer only used for fries here.
