All the food is gluten free, so yummy!!! I had the rice, beef and BBQ mango sauce topped with salsa, chimichurri, and a lovely cheesy bite. Also, did I mention fresh? Everything is wonderfully fresh tasting as well! Would definitely recommend!
Amazing food! All gluten free and all dairy free except for the rolls (rolls are gluten free just not dairy free)! I suggest anyone in this town or going through this area stops here! 5 stars for allergy precautions, food, service, and staff's knowledge.
The atmosphere was nice and food was healthy, clean and tasty. I had the tilapia which was not seasoned to the level I would have hoped. It they did make up for that with an exquisite quack mango sauce which made the meal. Almost everything is GF goodness!!!
Love this gluten free build-a-bowl! This Brazilian spin on build-a-bowl was my one meal on the road, and it was great! I enjoyed charred chicken on rice and greens with mango bbq. For celiac-safe, quick eats, you cannot go wrong here.
Fast casual Brazilian, essentially like chipotle. All of the components taste good but are a little bland in combination. Large portions. The best part of the experience was knowing that all of the food was free of gluten and all nuts. Also, delicious and warm Brazilian cheese rolls.
100% gf restaurant down to the bread and cookies. If you like your steak rare this may not be the place for you but the chicken is amazing as is the bread. (Haven’t eaten the cookie yet but I may edit this later to add it.
Everything in this place is gluten free and my meal was incredibly delicious. While build-a-bowl isn’t a unique concept, the Brazilian flavors really made the food unique and fun. And they give you the amazing GF Brazilian bread made with tapioca flour! YUM! I wish I had a restaurant like this near where I live, I’d go several times a week!
This little eatery was absolutely great! I had a lettuce + brown rice bowl with chicken, veggies, coconut sauce dressing and a gf bread crumb finish. The staff was super helpful and willing to let us sample different flavors. All in all, a delicious and stress free dining experience! Plus, how fun when we can order anything off of the menu!? ❤️
Celiac friendly, but not very good food. Everything seemed either under or overcooked. Great idea, but poor quality. I also have reactions to food when they dont use organic or pesticide free ingredients. Upset tummy before I even left the restaurant :(
Staff was nice, but the food here is mediocre at best. The cheesy bread was dry and old and the food was bland. Maybe it was because I went in about an hour before they closed, but I definitely didn’t experience what others have reported.
I didn’t go into this place since my husband just grabbed take out for us. BUT, the food was delicious. Everyone ate their bowls clean! Rice, protein, veggies, and some sauce (or not) and it was all celiac safe and delicious.
Food was very tasty, good variety. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable about the food. Love getting tasty food with my Celiac partner not having to worry about cross contamination. Feijoada bowl was awesome! Black beans a little too vinegar-y for me.
This is one of the few restaurants I trust. I've eaten here several times and never have been ill. Everything's fresh, clean, and nowhere near gluten. My only criticism is that they don't label sensitivities, but they'll answer any questions about the ingredients if you ask.
Good food. I usually don’t trust the concept of a build your own bowl restaurant because of cross contamination, but since this place is 100% GF I felt totally safe. Plus, it’s quick and not too pricey so it was great for lunchtime.
This place was awesome!!! Dedicated gluten free facility & the food was delicious! Lots of flavor and I am picky about things being salty & this was flavored without all the salt restaurants usually use. Great place to grab a healthy bowl.
Fresh a healthy options! had the Brazilian stew with coconut sweet potatoes on greens it was delish. Yes, the cheese buns are amazing too. (They said they buy them frozen and you can get them at Whole Foods).
