Review of Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck

I noted on the reservation that the party haf a gluten free member. The staff was very knowledgeable about what could be made safe. There was gf soy sauce for sushi. I had California Roll with real crab for an appetizer, Scallops with Jasmine rice for my entree, and the most fabulous chocolate souffle for dessert. Very pricy, but so so good and I felt so taken care of.
