We got red beans and rice. Though flavorful, the rice was uncooked. It is a cute place near the college and we did not have any allergic reactions.

Staff is always very accommodating and I’ve always felt safe eating here! I typically get the paneed chicken with mashed potatoes and salad but have the chicken grilled!

Had easter brunch here and it was delicious. Waitress told me they cooked my dish separately.

This is my favorite restaurant in Tuscaloosa. It’s a little expensive so I can’t go as often as I would like, which would be everyday :), but when I visit, it’s excellent! The chef is fantastic and can make most items gluten free. They are careful in their preparations. I have had steak, fish, and chicken on various occasions and all are excellent. Five also has excellent cocktails. I highly recommend Five, especially for those with celiac who need to eat quality food that is carefully prepared. You will not be disappointed.

Very good food and knowledgeable staff. They use a shared fryer. Don’t get the fries.

Upscale southern / American pub fare with the industrial chic thing happening. Many items on the appetizer and main menu can be gluten free. Knowledgeable staff, good food.
