Five West

I have eaten at Five West several times for breakfast and dinner. I most recently had the poppy salad, it was delicious as the food always has been. I always make it clear that I need my food to be gluten free. The waitstaff understand the gluten free and I have not experienced symptoms.

I had the meat lovers skillet with a side of fruit instead of the toast. No reaction and the food was really good. The waitress brought out a sample of their gluten free soup (smoked Gouda chicken wild rice) so I could try it and it was really good! It would make a great sick time soup in my opinion

I am new to the gluten free world. I explained to the server that I had medical reasons for no gluten and asked for a baked potato and butter. The order ended up with sour cream which I did not eat. Somehow, with this simple request, I ended up glutoned. Will not return.
