I was asking about gluten-free options for ice cream and I was handed a paper sheet with detailed allergies info/ingredients for the ice cream flavours. They asked about how gluten sensitive I was and when I said that I was coeliac they used uncontaminated new ice cream packages for me. And I could choose a gluten-free cone. Really nice experience.
