Very good but a little expensive for the type of restaurant. Make sure to remind them "no pita" when you order. Our cashier almost forgot.

They now make pita chips in the fryer so no falafel or fries. Very expensive for what it was, but they were knowledgeable about cross contamination.

This place was awesome. Tasty! The waitress who checked us out specified "no pita" and when the cooks accidentally put the pita bread on anyways, she made them redo the full order (instead of just removing the bread!) Could have hugged her haha! Fries are dedicated & tasty!

The great thing about this place is that only 3 menu items have gluten. Tabbouleh salad, Pita bread and Baklava. All the meats, garden salads, rice, hummus, and fries are naturally gluten free and no gluten products are added. The fryer is only for the fries and sweet potato fries and no gluten is used for either. We shared the Double protein plate with Chicken, Beef, fries, salad and Tzatziki(yogurt and cucumber). Plenty of food for two. Endless refills on soft drinks and teas, which was needed as the meat was a little dry.

Highly recommend Flame and Skewers! I have Celiac disease and have never become sick after eating here. I always order the beef or chicken bowl or chicken/beef kabob plate with rice, hummus and salad. I always make sure to tell the staff that I am allergic to wheat and not to include the pita bread that comes with the plate. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Most items on the menu are gluten free. The exceptions are the pita bread, rice pillaf, french fries and falaffel. When you let them know you have dietary issues, they take special precautions. Food is super good. I have eaten here many times and had no problems.
