I asked if they had gluten free options, and the chef called me on his personal photo to give a rundown of the menu. He made the personal choice to eat gluten free, and is very familiar with celiac disease as well. Lots of modifications that can be made (fried to grilled, queso to shredded cheese…). I feel safe going here.
