Phenomenal breakfast sandwich, with choices of different types of GF bagels. They asked about cross contamination and were able to prepare my food free of cross contamination. They also had excellent GF muffins. Very fun vibe, as a bonus.

Flamingos in Exeter is a fantastic place for gluten free muffins, gf bagels, gf sandwiches & fun gf drinks. There are tons of options. The staff is helpful & friendly. My friends & I love it!!

I would drive hours to go to this place, the owner has celiac and they are extremely safe with allergens. The server even asked if she could substitute ham off our sandwich because they ran out of any that hadn’t been contaminated. The drink menu is SO FUN! All the drinks are dairy free too. The vibes are great, the food is phenomenal and safe! 10/10

Love Flamingos and this little spot in Exeter, but just an FYI we stopped in to grab a gluten free whoopie pie and were told they are now using a different baker (the previous one retired) and now won’t be GF. Hoping this is incorrect! We left without buying anything.

Hello, we'd like to clarify that this information is 100% incorrect and our establishment absolutely carries gluten free baked goods including chocolate chip cream cheese muffins, blueberry muffins, nutella swirl muffins, coffee cake muffins, and carrot cake muffins. We have offered these since the day we opened and will continue to do so!

Great place. Second store owned by the same people who operate the Flamingos Coffee Bar in Hampton, NH. Owner has celiac and there are many options for people who are gluten free. Great staff and very knowledgeable and understanding.
