Flamme Burger

I had the fried chicken sandwich with GF bun and it was delicious! They use white rice flour and told be everything is GF except the Thai and soy sauce as long as you use a gf bun! Including the onion straws and fried chicken! Yum!!

This restaurant does have very good gluten free buns that come from Chicago. But, they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer - the manager said they never have. Also, my order was taken by a teenage cashier and it came out wrong. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a $10 gift card b/c of the trouble.

This place was packed so we decided to get it to go. After waiting a while I realized the buns looked like they had butter on them. I had informed the cashier I could not have gluten or dairy, but the butter didn't occur to him. When I told the harried woman bagging and sending out orders, she wasted no time making sure my burger had no butter. She was great and didn't act put out. While the employees are very friendly and helpful, this place, when busy, is like a fast food chain. You'll need to make sure your order is correct. The food was tasty and the employees were eager to please.

I am not celiac so I'm not super sensitive. I was very impressed with their knowledge when I asked if they have gluten free buns. She went on to explain they have a dedicated gluten free fryer! I was so excited! Very good burgers too!
