They told me that everything except the Thai and soy sauce was GF! Including fried chicken and onion straw as long as you get their Gf buns. I had him double check the flour they use and it was White Rice flour! Fried chicken was delicious:)

Love the chipotle wings. Full of flavor. Fries are gluten-free as only fries go in the fryer. Have been to Fishers location many times & every server has always been very thoughtful & knowledgeable about cross-contamination.

Not a safe place to eat! My husband ordered a burger on a GF bun and they put it on a regular bun. After he'd already eaten some of it I noticed his bun looked exactly like every one else's. They apologized and immediately made a new burger but by then it was too late. His "gluten" headache started before we even left and ruined the rest of our day we had planned. They clearly don't have a way ensuring they get a special diet order made correctly. FTR we were literally the only patrons there since we came at an odd time (3:30) so I can only imagine how much worse it could be if they were busy!

Food is awesome. Seems to be some confusion about the GF fryer though. The first several times that I went they told me their fryer was GF, but I went twice recently and both times they told me it wasn't. Not sure if it changed, but I wouldn't trust it being dedicated. Still very good.

It's a little odd when you first get in, but food was really good and setting was comfortable. If you want to be waited on, sit at the bar. All the rest of the seating is served after ordering at the counter. Fries are delicious and fried by themselves with no coating, so safe for gluten free eaters. They also have a gluten free bun available and the burger itself was juicy and flavorful (the Sunny Side was awesome). Will definitely go back.
