When I arrived I talked to the owners brother. I saw on the menu they had GF flapjacks and asked how they were made. They said they cook them in a separate area from the gluten flapjacks. I asked about the breakfast meats and they said that ham, sausage link, and bacon were GF. I didn’t ask about the other meats they have such as corned beef. They said their hash browns are cooked in their own area on the griddle so no risk of cross contamination. Based off his statements I felt safe to eat there. When I got my food I was hesitant to eat the flapjack because it looked just like the gluten one; however, once I saw the two flapjacks be pulled apart I knew mine was GF. Also the GF one has a toothpick to signify GF.
I am highly sensitive to gluten and did not feel sick whatsoever after eating here. This place is a hidden breakfast greasy spoon with GF flapjacks!
