Review of Flappy Jack's Pancake House

Yummy food but definitely not Celiac safe. They don't have separate waffle irons and won't clean the grill unless you ask. They are often busy so I doubt it would be done in a way to avoid cross contamination. We won't take our son here which is really too bad because they're gluten food is quite good but it's not worth risking his health. They just don't seem to care enough to make this a viable option for someone with a serious food allergy or Celiac.
