Review of Flat Iron

23 Market Passage, Cambridge CB2 3PA, UK

Overall Rating

Review

The vast majority of the menu at Flat Iron is naturally gluten-free. This is a meat-heavy menu, which is good for those who are dairy-free but probably not for vegetarians or vegans. The staff provide an allergen menu, which I check every time to ensure supplies haven't changed with their sides or sauces. No gluten-containing ingredients are used in the fryer, so the chips are safe to eat. The food here is consistently excellent, and it's reasonably priced. After dinner, everyone receives a token for a soft-serve ice cream, and they offer cups as an alternative to the cones. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and has a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
