Gluten free pizza was the best I've had so far. Crispy and not soggy! They also have Omission gluten free beer which is my favorite!

Great gluten free pizza. Crust is premade, they clean the oven before cooking and are very aware and accommodating to allergys. Went with a group (I was the only celiac) and ordered three gf pizzas - everyone liked them. Most of the menu can be modified and they have a few cider beers to choose from.

Salads are always amazing, always worth it! I ate their regular pizza many years before my diagnosis, it was my favorite pizza anywhere! Then I ordered my normal on the gluten free crust, yuck!! It is pretty bad compared to the succulent regular crust, the gluten free to me has the consistency and taste of cardboard. Glad they have it, but they really should improve it. Go for the salads!

There is no better place for a Gluten Free date night! They have a very unique selection of flatbread pizza. They also have a great selection of hard ciders.

Got a gluten free goat cheese pizza, it was good and I had no reaction.

Flatbread's GF pizzas are delicious and their wait staff are always very aware of what it means to truly eat gluten free, sans contamination. Their GF Tuscan chicken pizza is the best!
