Flex Mussels

Upon asking, the supposed dedicated fryer is now used for gluten containing items, making the fries unsafe for celiac consumption. Can't comment on anything else as we left after that.

— Not at all

Waiter was very knowledgeable about Celiac/gluten restrictions and told us what was safe to eat. All mussels (except one sauce) are GF. Fries have a separate fryer and are GF!

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and let us know that 90% of the menu was GF but constantly double checked with the kitchen that there was no cross contamination. They also have a separate fryer for fries only, so the fries are GF and celiac safe.

Almost every muscle dish could be made gluten free (with the sauce). They double checked everything, and it was all delicious!!
