We were on the road north and found this gem! Very gluten free knowledgeable and they had some GF desserts. They had various sandwiches and soups. Wish I lived closer. I’d probably stop by a couple times a week.

Food is yummy and they have GF pastries. I’ve eaten here a few times and have not gotten sick from cross contamination.

Staff was straight up front and stated they are not a GF place, but they do try to make GF food without cross contamination. We got some breakfast sandwiches there and staff we asked if their vegan sausage was gluten free. They stated yes. They served our order, our 12 year old called it out - sausage she thought the sausage was Morning Star and didn’t want to eat it as it contains gluten. So I asked the staff what the brand was - they replied Morning Star. We said oh no. Some of use had eaten out sausage at that point. Not cool. My wife found the owner in the back and asked what the brand was. He said it was Morning Star and that it had been reformulated to be gluten free and that he was the owner and was careful because he’d been in the biz for 25 years. He refused to let my wife see the box and stood his ground. We didn't believe him. When my wife was sick s few hours later we knew for sure the owner was terribly misinformed or just a lying jerk who needs another day job. Don’t go here if you are a celiac.

Excellent breakfast & lunch. They can do the panini on GF bread (they do warn that use same press as regular bread). Coffee, Wi-Fi. Super friendly. I eat here very often
Have a lot of options for different dietary restrictions, but the kitchen was fairly small so I’m not sure about cross contamination (I’m celiac but not super sensitive). For GF options generally, they have gluten free bread for all their sandwiches (including a pretty tasty breakfast sandwich!) and tacos, as well as tasty cookies and smoothies. Staff was accommodating.
Open til 5 but kitchen closed at 3
