Have been here a few times with no issues! They have different procedures for preparing gf to minimize cross contamination and the falafel wraps are tasty!

From the owner
Even though we don't have a gluten-free kitchen, we can do a lot to make sure you can have a meal with us. Please inform us about your diet and we'll be happy to take measures accordingly. This ranges from cleaning the service before making your (gluten free Schär) wrap to using different spoons and scooping sauces from untouched batches especially for your wrap. Obviously our gluten free wraps are steamed in a separate pan, and our fryer is completely gluten free. On top of that all our food is lactose free.

99.9% sure I got glutened here. I’ve eaten many times at the Haarlem branch and never had a reaction though.

Fantastic food! They will ask you if you have an allergy. If so, they take extra care and clean a certain space in the kitchen. Everything can be ordered GF. Had no issues at al! (Owner said if I would get sick they would give me free food for a week) safe spot!
