Flight Deck Bar & Grill at CSC

Went for an outing in June and waitress said they no longer have a gluten free menu. Cooks will accommodate but being a celiac, I didn’t want to risk cross-contamination. There is a snack shop available so I was able to get chips and candy to munch on.

Celiac friendly?

Ordered the firecracker shrimp and they brought it out breaded. This and a salad were the only thing gluten free. They don't know anything about gluten allergies.

I'm gluten intolerant but don't have Celiac so keep that in mind. I've eaten here twice without getting sick. The firecracker shrimp and Cobb salad are great. Last time I had the jet hots (jalepeno peppers, baked) and they were great, but for some reason they're not listed as GF anymore. They carry Red Bridge GF beer which I love. The location and atmosphere with the airport and skydiving nearby are also fun.
