Review of Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar

Sat at the bar and servers there were not super knowledgeable about gluten and second guessed themselves several times. 3-4 servers I interacted with were not super knowledgeable. I did not have a lot of confidence and so I ordered a simple salad. When it came out, I asked if it was safe for allergy and they weren’t sure and had to check. They verified it was gluten free, but by that point, I was having a hard time trusting the staff.
