I called ahead, and they were very understanding and accommodating. When our server came to introduce himself, he immediately asked if there were any dietary restrictions/allergies. He then assured me that he would inform the kitchen about my gluten allergy. While there was nothing on the menu about which items were gluten free, the server was able to guide me to meals that were gluten free and wouldn’t have cross contamination when I asked. Bottom line: I didn’t get sick! It’s an expensive restaurant, but I felt well taken care of and I would recommend it to others with celiac.
