Dedicated fryer and delicious fries. Ordered the mushroom sandwich and the hogfather and both were beyond delicious. The gluten free bun was delicious and they cleaned between orders to ensure no cross contamination.

Every sanwhich can be made on a locally made gluten free bun. Most of the sandwiches have GF meats, veggies and sauces, with the exception of 1 or 2. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries. Amazing sandwiches! They truly understand the needs of their GF customers!
