Review of Flour Bakery + Cafe

Idk what the previous person is talking about, their entire menu can be made gluten free, it’s salads and sandwiches.

They have GF baked goods as well so maybe that’s what they were referencing, although they always have several GF options. Many of the cakes/cake slices are gluten free too, but aren’t labeled so you have to ask! As with anywhere else, it’s best to call and ask when they aren’t busy/between meal times. I’ve gotten slices and ordered entire cakes and haven’t been glutened. I order sandwiches less frequently but have always been fine! You can usually see them making the food which is a good reminder to speak up and let them know they need to change gloves, etc.

Overall I love Flour and they have an entire menu of lunch/sandwich options, and several delicious GF baked goods every day.
