This!! This is the best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to. It may sound like an over exaggeration, but I genuinely cried. The focaccia bread was BETTER than anything I remember having before my celiac diagnosis, and the scone, chocolate cake, gingerbread, and cannoli cake I tried in the days that followed were some of the most delectable things I’ve ever consumed. I am so grateful that flour craft exists- if you’re in the area (or even remotely close), it is 100% worth the trip!
