I met friends for breakfast today and the food was amazing. They assured me that they would not cross contaminate. I ate the avocado toast with bacon and egg on their gluten free bread....yummy

Food was delicious but Gluten free options are limited. They do not have bread alternatives for sandwiches so it's pretty much just salads and protein bowls and a few desserts.

I LOVE this place! It is a cozy little shop that has farm to table ingredients. They have a good selection of gluten free offerings. The quiche is like eating a fluffy cloud! SO AMAZING! The owner takes pride in her food for the "normal" as well as the gluten free. Just let them know if you have an allergy if you order a salad or something! I highly recommend!!!
