Fluhalp (Mountain Hut & Restaurant)

No gluten free menu. The waitress was familiar with celiac and explained what food would be gf and even knew certain spices might contain trace amounts of gluten. They have gf bread. It's a hike to get to, but the views are great and the food was good.
