Review of Flux Restaurant

Items on the menu are marked GF and staff appeared knowledgeable about gluten and my requests. My husband (who is not gluten-free) and I shared beef kabobs and tempura fried cauliflower for appetizers, both GF and both delicious! I had the GF fish and chips for my entree which was great and very filling. I would highly recommend Flux to anyone looking for delicious gluten free options and I will definitely be back soon!
