I had Christmas lunch, some items where removed (pigs in blankets and stuffing) and they did special gravy. Also GF bread supplied with starter and dessert options I had chocolate orange tart. One of the chefs is a coeliac, the staff were very knowable about what I could and couldn’t have, also aware of cross contamination.
