Review of Flying M Restaurant

This place was a great accidental find! They know what Celiac is, and although they don't offer a specific gluten free menu, there were enough options that my companion and I were able to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The veggie omelet was incredibly good, and the slab of smoked ham vas just awesome. Top it off with a good cup of coffee and hash browns, we left very satisfied. Our server, Liz, has a granddaughter diagnosed with Celiac, so we felt very comfortable taking her recommendations. We'll definitely eat here again. :)
