My family ate here on vacation twice and as a sensitive Celiac I had no reaction either time.

We stayed at The Flying Saddle Resort for three days and ate two dinners in the restaurant. The first night I had the Kobe Hamburger and a salad. They both were very good. The second night I had the Beef Stew, Baseball Top Sirlion Steak, and baked potato. It was so good. The wait staff checked with the Chef every meal was gluten free. I am a super sensitive Celiac and had no reactions either time eating here.
