two stars for high cross contact risk. many gluten items on menu. shared prep space. inconsistent cross contact protocols. dirty kitchen. I reacted.
GF items are clearly marked and when I told staff I had celiac they changed all gloves and were very aware of cross contamination.
Staff were really helpful and menu was very well labelled. Got a delicious vegan salad. Would definitely go back

This is my go-to for safety and amazing food. Clear protocol and communication when I specify gluten free. I’ve never gotten sick at all.

Best GF poke in the greater Seattle area. Almost all sauces are gluten free and are clearly labeled at the counter. The food is fresh, flavorful and all around incredible!
