Most if not all desserts are GF - some labels are printed and these include GF sign (+ other like vegan or dairy free) and the handwritten once don't have any signs, but whenever I asked about any of these desserts they were always GF. Sandwiches aren't GF so they're displayed on the very bottom to avoid cross contamination.
