I ate here in March 2022. When I made the reservation, I asked the if they could accommodate someone with celiac disease. They said yes, just ask the server to go through the menu and let you know what is safe. Our server who took our order was not knowledgeable. He told us the grilled chicken skewers were gf. They are not; the server who delivered our food informed us the chicken is marinated in soy sauce before being grilled. Our server also described the ingredients of special roll of the day and told us it was gf. He failed to mention that the roll had imitation crab thus making it not gf. I had the sushi platter and they gave me a few extra pieces of sushi. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I also had the edamame and some sake. It was really pricy especially considering I couldn’t eat half the food we ordered despite being told it was safe. I also brought my own soy sauce for my sushi. Go with the expectation that you can only eat the sushi and sashimi, no apps or rolls and bring your own soy sauce.
