Host and manger know about celiac and GF requirements.
Staff are not trained to understand GF and cross-contamination or other food allergies. They hand you a laminated list identifying different allergy sensitive items and you carry to the food bar. This list or GF “menu” is from 2017 and not organized very well. Have recipes changed?
The food bar items are not labeled, so one has to stick to known GF items (e.g., cheese, tomatoes, fruit), and hope for no cross contamination.
The meats are good and all but a few are prepared GF.
I’d only recommend this location if you are astute and experienced at sorting foods. Otherwise, beware.
