Review of Fogo de Chao

One of the more knowledgable Brazilian steakhouses in terms of what GF people can and can’t have in terms of the meats. Chicken wings battered in beer. Otherwise other meats just cooked with salt. Salad bar involves some navigating and some dishes seem to have butter. Overall good experience. No issues.
