I wouldn't risk it if you're sensitive. They do sandwiches with non-gf buns in a small space. While the fryer is supposedly gluten free, the employee initially told me it wasn't before checking with someone else. The food isn't anything special.
Y'all! The reviews that state the fryer is not dedicated GF are for the brick and mortar location at Culmination Brewing, NOT the food truck. The food truck has a dedicated fryer and is safe.

The best safe fried comfort food. Dedicated fryer and quick preparation. I come here when I'm hungry and having a tough day. Always tasty! Just skip the soy based sauces.
WARNING: Staff told me they do NOT have a dedicated gluten free fryer. They “aren’t sure how this rumor was started.” Likely was started through this app. This place is not at all safe for celiac folks!

No gluten free fryer I should have called as it was online saying gf safe. I was 100% exposed to gluten with my gf marked order. Not sure why it says gf at all. Bot celiac safe!

The food here is absolutely delicious but cannot be considered safe for celiacs due to the fact that they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Because so much of their menu is gluten-containing chicken, the risk of cross contamination is high.
I loved this food truck! It was such a treat to have some fired GLUTEN FREE food and FOMO chicken took it to another level. Their fries were so soft and crispy, the chicken was so crunchy without being overcooked or dry. The icing on the cake was the fried pickles nicely fried and seasoned. This is definitely a recommend if you’re in the Portland area!
So amazing and delicious. These two guys really do fried chicken right. Thank you for making my husband a very happy man, that can have favorite things again!

All menu items except those with soy sauce are gf and staff keeps soy sauce items well away from gf items. Dedicated gf fryer, really wonderful food w/ huge portions. Tried gf fried pickles for the first time👌
I have been hunting around for restaurants that serve dedicated Gluten-Free fried chicken for a long time in the Portland area and I finally found a place that does the job spectacularly! I ordered the southwestern style fried chicken with corn and coleslaw and every bite was more savory than I could have imagined. There are not many places like this and decently cheap too! Not forgetting to mention the friendly staff as well. DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE FRYERS FOR GLUTEN FREE LABELED FOOD!!!
GF fryer and entrees. They use soy sauce in two of their sauces but all of their bowls can be made gf without the sauce. I come here when I’m craving fries and fried chicken because they don’t fry any gluten in their fryer and I’ve had no reactions after eating here.
Called before ordering and was assured no gluten goes into the fryer. Everything is fried GF, but some of the sauces contain gluten. I had the chicken strips with fries (with sides of ketchup and ranch). It was delicious, high quality, and enough food to have leftovers. I waited 24 hours to review, no reactions, will definitely be visiting a lot.
Gluten free fried chicken bowls are bomb. Highly recommend!
