How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

My celiac husband and I went here for lunch today and it was great! Most everything on the menu is gf (the burritos, birria ramen, and one other thing I can’t remember aren’t) and the chips are fried separately and safe. The staff assured us that they don’t have loose flour anywhere, just flour tortillas, and they’re prepared away from the corn tortillas. We both had tacos and they were super tasty. It’s annoyingly difficult to find safe Mexican food so I’m excited about this place!
