Review of Food 101

The staff was super knowledgeable of the gluten free offerings and the differences between gluten free by choice- and the necessity from celiac. Discussed gluten free foods that were potentially cross contaminated verses those that weren’t. Super fresh and beautiful ingredients and the food was amazing!!! Definitely will come back again!!!
