Review of Food For Thought

Organic cafe, book store and health market. Fresh juices, wraps, salads, and baked goods. Excellent food, all options are available gluten free if not already. I had a gf hummus wrap and a gf oat, almond, & chocolate chip muffin. My father does not like gf things usually but he ate one also and loved it! Free samples at the counter, also has fresh refrigerated gf pastas and salads available in to go containers. Browsed the bookstore afterwards. Will definitely be back!
