Staff was knowledgeable. Majority of menu items can be made gluten free and most are already dairy free. There is a cross contamination risk with the grill, if your willing to risk it they will clean the grill first. There are options that don’t require the grill. We opted for the salads, which were fresh and tasty. The only down side was the vegan menu (we like our meat), but it was worth the safer preparation.
